We ship using Canada Post, and standard Canada Post rates apply. Shipping is free on orders greater than $250. For custom orders that require shipping, or for oversized orders, we will provide a shipping quote.
Allow 2+ weeks for "Ready to ship" items to be processed and shipped.

Custom orders require payment in full before production begins. No exceptions. Custom Orders take 2-8 weeks to complete depending on the project, before they are shipped.
All of our products are unique and handmade. This means that no two products are exactly same, and variations are expected.
